In the newsletter -yesterday- I wrote about different uses of your gemstones (Headaches And Semiprecious Gemstones). I said you can go to the litotherapist or you can wear necklaces, bracelets, rings. You can massage the head or other parts of your body with stones (this technique I'll describe next time). And you can use the infusion of your stone. Now I want to tell you about this one.

It is not complicated. Simply put the stone (or stones) in the drink you like. Wait for some hours and than drink it. You can use not only water but juices and other drinks too.

I know even about common vodka made as infusion of different healing substances that is in sell in Russia. Well, we can say that is good for health if you have flu or cold and you drink a glass (ONLY ONE!) of vodka with chilly before you go to sleep. I assure you, you will feel healthy next morning. But to drink it so... Mmmm...

In the last period I use to wear Red With Inserts Jasper stone and to drink Jasper water. Jasper is a protector from negativities and is good for health generally. (If you have to choose your stone do not follow this my example because you are not me, you have to choose YOUR personal stone, the stone that is good personally for you in this precise period of your life. Oh,forgot. You can put the stones in a glass and leave it near your bed fro the night. Than drink this water when you wake up in the morning. Or you can have the stones always in the jug and drink it all the day.

Before I went to Russia I read very much about Jasper and there was said: who drinks from Jasper cup will live healthy all the life. I wanted to control it. I don't want to live 100 years but I want to live as healthy as possible because I have nobody who will cure me if itis necessary. :))) So, I went to many shops in the town I was in Russia and wanted to buy the cup, but I did not found it. There are many cups and glasses made with Onyx and no one from Jasper. So, I took that red with inserts Jasper stones and use them.
