I wanted to ask you where is better to keep the stones (in a wooden box, in a cardboard box etc)
Normally the advise you will hear to keep your stones and jewerly generally in special cassettes covered inside with velour. It's lid has to close it very tightly. This has to protect your stones from sun, from blows, from dust and ... from persons.I can tell you a story in this connection.
Years ago I knew a prosperous family. I was a friend of their oldest
daughter and they treated me as a daughter too, and I was practically a member of the family. One day the mother called me and asked if I've seen their jewels that were in this open box in that place before, because they did not find different pieces that were there.I've never seen their jewels and did not know about their existance, so I could not help them. Some time
later friends of that family saw a relative of the family that sold some of their rings in the market. That girl used to come in the house, knew where the jewels were, and took some of them every visit.With this story I wanted only to say that you have to take things of value for you so to not create "nice tentations" for everybody who enters your house.
The other advise is to take out the jewels at least once a month and wipe them.
Some of them like silver d not like air, others do not like sun, humidity, dust -as many stones.
From other side there are many persons that canot buy that special cassettes because sometimes they have very high cost (and are even pieces of art). What can I do, they ask. As for me, you have not create senseless problems. Take a box you like and use it. Make it more soft with velour paper or with any rag, if you want.
You have to take your amber in a special box because it is not hard as stones and metalls or something other could scratch it.
You have to take your pearls in a special box too.
Than there are "jewels" that have for you spiritual value. Those can be stones or any object you use for your practices. These you have to take in special wrappings. And you have not give them to oher persons.
Finally, if you use your stones for healing practices, ou have not give them to other persons too. Those are your personal stones, they contain your personal information because stones "absorb" your informations to heal you. That is why is completely mistaken give yur stones to "play", watch and use to somebody else.
